We are a family run business of passionate growers and chilli lovers.
To maintain the high quality that we are passionate about, we remain fully involved in every stage of the process, from growing most of the chillies ourselves, hand-making every product in our kitchen, and selling our products at local Farmer's Markets and Festivals.
We grow our own chillies, from seed at home, choosing different varieties each year. We aim to follow organic principles where we can when growing our chilli plants.
We use our chillies along with carefully chosen and sourced quality ingredients to produce small batches of artisan chilli products. In addition to our products that are available year-round, we also make special edition seasonal sauces and pickles. For all of our products we use ingredients that we have either grown ourselves or are locally grown, as much as possible.
We bottle our products ourselves and sell them at selected local farmers' markets and festivals. We are also stocked in several local farm shops and butchers, and our products are available to buy here on our website.
